This API is used to create an audience filter associated with the specified Whitelabel/Organizer.
This API is used at the host side. Event admins, super admins, and organizer admins can access this API.
It will return created audience filter ID.
We need to pass an authorization token here, which is generated after successful login into account with the other details.
