This API is used to create tracking link details associated with the specified event. This API can be access by an event admin and super admin. It will return a tracking link url. To call this API, user will have to pass query param with API URL like linkUrl and authentication key to authenticate user.
This will return a tracking link name if API is executed successfully.
Here is the possible error messages, which will return if any condition fails or required data is missing for processing.

4090202 | Tracking link can not be empty. |
