This API is used to create tracking link details associated with the specified event.
This API can be access by an event admin and super admin. It will return a tracking link url.
To call this API, user will have to pass query param with API URL like linkUrl and authentication key to authenticate user.
This will return a tracking link name if API is executed successfully.
Here is the possible error messages, which will return if any condition fails or required data is missing for processing.

| 200 | Successfully created link. |
| 201 | Created. |
| 400 | The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax. |
| 401 | You are not authorized to view the resource. |
| 403 | Accessing the resource you were trying to reach is forbidden. |
| 404 | The resource you were trying to reach is not found. |
| 409, 4090201 | This tracking link already exists for this event. |
| 4090202 | Tracking link can not be empty. |
