Get virtual event labels by language code

This API is used to get virtual event labels by language code with the specified event. It will return data like the custom label, default label, expoId, label, label type, etc. To call this API, the user has to pass eventUrl as a query param, languageCode, label type, and authentication key to authenticate the user.
