Upload Contact

This API Used to upload valid contact details by event. This API can be used by admin and super admin to upload valid contact. User can use this api to upload contact details related to it like firstName, lastName, email and phoneNumber. User have to pass the contact csv file as request params. This API used at event host side to upload valid contact details.
