This API is used to set the status as checked for a specific ticket with the specified event.
Super admin, admin and user can access this API. It will return a true or false value.
To call this API, the user has to pass eventUrl in query param and authentication key to authenticate the user.

It will return a true or false value if API executes it successfully.
