Check is limit reached for schedule Resend Event Ticket email

This API is used to Check if the limit is reached for scheduling Resend Event Ticket email. API is used as host side event admin and super admin can access this API. It will return true if the limit is reached for scheduling Resend event ticket email, otherwise it will be false.
To call this API, user will have to pass authentication key to authenticate user.
