Delete an Interest Tag

This API used to delete interest tag. This API can be access by admin and super admin. User have to pass the interest tag ID as path variable, for which interest tag they want to delete tag. To call this API, user have to pass an authentication key to authenticate the user. This API used at event host side to delete an interest tag.
