Download Raffle winner data in csv format

This API is used to download Raffle winner details in CSV format. This CSV includes the item name, item code, ticket submitted, item category, ticket source, winner details, submitted ticket date and time, and many more. This API can be accessed by event admin and super admin. We need to pass an authentication token to authorize the user.
